This document will serve the purposes of terms and conditions, disclaimer and legal notice to the users of information provided on Puzha Store online shopping site which is owned, administrated and operated by eKA Internet Technologies Private Limited, Santo Complex, Aluva, Kerala 683101, India, hereafter will be referred as the Company, and the current and prospective buyers of goods and services from Puzha Store.

Purchase process at Puzha Store is usually initiated by an electronic order generated by Puzha Store as result of buyer checking out from the site. Based on buyer's written or telephonic request, electronic orders are generated in some cases. These orders are considered valid contracts between the Company and buyer once it is paid for in full or the buyer agrees in writing to honor it. In the latter case, buyer is required to pay the Company for the order within the time agreed upon.

The Company reserves the right to reject any order, even if fully paid, without providing any reasons. In such cases, if the order is already paid for, only the value of the order will be reimbursed. The Company shall reimburse the money or replace the goods if they don't match with the order or are received in unusable conditions. Such claims need to be submitted within 7 days of receipt of goods and it is the responsibility of buyer to supply the proof to the satisfaction of our insurer or their assessment agencies.

The Company will reimburse or replace goods, if they are not received within the published lead-time period applicable for the related shipping method. The actual reimbursement or replacement shall be done only after investigations by the Company and buyer is responsible for providing information that the Company might need during the investigation phase.

The Company reserves the right to amend this disclaimer (terms and conditions) at any time. As you are subject to these terms and conditions, you should review them from time to time.

At any stage, if you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Puzha Store web site or with any of the these terms of use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Puzha Store web site.

The relationship between you and the Company shall be governed by the Laws of the Republic of India without regard to its conflict of Law provisions. You and the Company agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state of Kerala, India.
