The product lists are presented at Puzha Store in different ways:

The list presents the products with the latest product added to the store at the top. This way always you can see the latest products available in the store.

This link lists all the individual shops at Puzha Store and by clicking on a particular shop, the products it carries can be displayed.

There are multiple ways to search for a product specifically:
1. Using the search box available at top-left corner of most of the web pages in Puzha Store can be used to search for simple search. The keyword you enter would be looked upon on the title and short description of the products.
2. The advanced search utility can be found at http://www.puzha.com/shop/search.html. Keywords can be used to search for products based on their features such as type of product, maker of the product and product category, both specifically on a feature or
together using the boolean option to combine the search criteria.

How to order products at Puzha Store?
You can order or inquire about products by following methods:
1. Browse products online and create an order online. If you make the payment also online, it will be considered a valid order and that will be processed immediately.
2. Create the order online and later arrange for payment either online or offline. You will be contacted soon after you create an order with valid contact info, especially E-mail address.
3. Send us your requirements by E-mail, and you will get a quote in reply if we carry those products. You can accept the quote by arranging for the payment. Please send the queries to

What are the prerequisites for ordering products at Puzha Store?
To checkout and place an order for the items you have added in the shopping cart while browsing Puzha Store, you need to register at Puzha Store or have to logon if are a returning user.
Could you briefly explain the order and shipping processes at Puzha Store?
1. You place the order in one of the ways described here. An E-mail order will be sent to you.
2. If payment is not done, you will be contacted to know if you are still interested in paying for the order.
3. After you make arrangements for payment (click here to see the payment methods that are supported at Puzha Store), the order will be shipped and you will be notified.
4. While the order is in transit, you may check the status using the Order Tracking utility or by logging on to Puzha Store site and track all your pending orders using myAccount feature.
5. After you receive the order, if you want to contact us regarding the order, you may file a support request by logging on to myAccount.
How to order gifts ?
You may send any product available at Puzha Store as gift. In such situations, you must remember to add the shipping address which will be different from your address (basically billing address). You have the options to include gift wrap and messages with the order. There is additional charge for the gift wrap.

Can I cancel an order after it is submitted?
Yes. To cancel an order, just send an email to sales@puzha.com, indicating the order number. Please note that you can only cancel orders that have not yet entered the shipping process. We arrange the shipping within 24hrs of an order confirmation, depends on the availability of products.
Can I return the merchandize received?
To provide you with a worry free shopping experience at Puzha Store, we offer you a No Questions Asked return policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return the items in original condition, for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) or you may return any defective or damaged item for a refund (including shipping costs).
How do I return the merchandize and/or get the replacement?
To get a replacement or return an order, send an E-mail to sales@puzha.com and send the shipment back to Puzha Store sender address on the package.
How can I track an order?

Enter the order number and click on the Submit button to see the status. You will be updated with the status. This utility is mainly meant for non-members who might be tracking the orders that the registered members place.
For members, very sophisticated tracking features are available. Logon to Puzha Store and enter the myAccount area. You can view details and track all your pending orders there.
What are the discounts available for bulk purchases at Puzha Store?
Additional discounts might be available for large volume purchases. Create your order online and send an E-mail to
sales@puzha.com asking for discount before you make any payment. We will get back with you immediately with a quote.
Paying for the order
Which are the different payment options available?
We offer the following payment methods:
1. Credit card
Right now only internationally valid Visa and Master cards are accepted.
2. Fednet payment system
3. Cheque
Write cheques for EKA Internet Technologies and add Rs.50/- (or equivalent) in bank charges to the order cost. The Order will be shipped only after the cheque is
cleared. Please mail the payment to our contact address (provide link).
4. Draft/Money Order/Cashier's Cheque
Make these instruments payable to eKA Internet Technologies payable at Aluva (Alwaye),Kerala. The order will be shipped immediately after the payment is received in one of these methods of payment. Please mail the payment to our contact address (provide link).
5. Cash-On-Delivery (using Indian Postal Service's VPP within India)
Please note that there is a fee for using this service and that fee and the order cost have to be paid at the time of delivery. The COD(VPP) fee which goes to the Indian Postal Service is not included in the order cost.
Why are some credit cards not accepted for payment?
Currently, only internationally valid credit cards are accepted. Even some cards of that type are reported by the customers as not accepted by the payment gateway. We do not have any control over the policies of the payment gateway operator and hence in such situations the customers are advised to use another payment method.
Do you have any preference in choosing the payment method?
We service all the orders equally irrespective of the method that was chosen for making the payment. However, an order is processed only after the arrangement for the payment is done, we strongly recommend the following payment methods in the order of preference to avoid delays:

2. COD (VPP) - for orders to be shipped in India only.

What does happen if I place an order and doesn't make payment?
Typically, we wait for 30 days and if no arrangement for payment is done within that time frame, the order gets cancelled automatically.
What are all the costs involved in ordering products from Puzha Store?
It depends on how you would pay for the order and get the order shipped to you. The cost of the items and the shipping and handling charges are included in the order cost. In addition to that there might be other costs that are not directly handled by Puzha Store. Examples are, import duties, bank charges for cheque and drafts, money order fee and VPP charges.

Do you deliver worldwide?
We ship many items worldwide; but not all as there are export restrictions to ship certain items outside India. Check out the shipping restrictions link provided with each product for details.
What if I fail to take delivery of an order?
The unaccepted shipments are normally returned to us. By paying the shipping charges, you may get it shipped again.
What if the shipment is lost in transit?
If you don't receive the shipment within our published shipping lead-time for the related shipping method, the shipment is considered lost in transit and you will get a full replacement with no additional charge.
What is the starting time for estimating the lead-time?
The day on which the order is handed over to our shipping agency is considered the starting point for estimating the lead-time. If multiple shipments are done for an order, then the shipment date of the last
consignment will be taken as the starting point.
What are your published lead-time for various shipping methods?

What are the shipping methods
available?
Puzha Store offers the following shipping methods:
International Speed Post- This is comparable to courier service option in speed with limited tracking options.
International Parcel - Parcel services are offered in 3 subcategories. Surface,Air and Surface to Air Lifted (SAL), in which Surface option being the slowest. SAL option is a very attractive economic option and it is reasonably fast.
International Letter- The books will be sent as a letter. This option could be a fast and economic mode of shipment if the order is very small in weight.
International Printed Book - For international orders, this is one of the cheapest shipping option available, in which its Surface option being the cheapest. Due to some restrictions, the orders cannot be packed in full, so that, the postal department can inspect the content. Due to this reason, dcbookstore.com doesn't offer any guarantee in delivering the order in good condition by this option, and customers are not encouraged to use it. The option is available on an experimental basis and has to be used at customer's own risk.
Please note that not all the shipping options are available for all the products. When you shop online, these restrictions are taken into consideration when you select a particular shipping method.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free anywhere in India on purchases above Rs.400 for Express parcel post.
For other orders including all international orders shipping charges vary according to the geographical locations and weight of the shipment and the shipping method you would choose. The rates for the possible shipping methods can be viewed using the 'View Shipping Rates' link on the View Shopping Cart form.
How is shipping and handling charges calculated?
Shipping and handling charges are the other two components of order cost in addition to the cost of items. Shipping charge is the actual charges paid to the shipping agency. Handling charge is the cost of packing material, manpower, and other resources used for making the items ready for shipment.
